xcode won't detect modified files over PC share

  • Subject: xcode won't detect modified files over PC share

I have a vanilla Powerbook running 10.4.2 with xcode 2.1. My project's files are stored on a PC share running windows XP (sp2). If I change the same file that is already open in Xcode on my PC, Xcode will not recognize that the file has been modified. Windows will recognize if the file is modified in Xcode.

Is this a known bug or is something wrong with my configuration?

Thanks in advance for any help.

-Sean
