Sounds like your server side permissions are wrong. Make sure your
repository is group writable.

I've played with svnrep privileges but couldn't get svn import to
work!

Note 1: I use MacOS 10.4.2, Xcode 2.1 and subversion 1.2.1_0
installed via DarwinPorts.
