Say, I've got a couple fairly serious bugs I need to report in Radar against XCode 2.1. I spent several minutes typing one of them in, only to have Radar tell me that there's "No matching component" to XCode (and throw away my data, thanks!).

"Find Component" doesn't return anything for either "XCode" or "ProjectBuilder."

What steps, exactly, should I take to file a bug report against XCode?
