That's another casualty of the last security update :(.
IMHO 3rd party updates are particularly poor, usually only the
binaries are updated, but man pages, headers ... are forgotten and
it's specially bad with security updates.

Actually, it's openssh's configure script, and it's whinging because
1.2.2 is insecure - you can tell it to ignore that by supplying a
configure directive. The headers and libraries mismatch for openssl,
which I can't see how to override. I'm not sure if that's generally
considered more important or not.
The fact that the wrong headers are being shipped is still a bug.
