XCode 2.1 will not run.

My PowerBook paniced and had to be rebooted today. I can now no longer run XCode 2.1. After the reboot the security update was installed.

When I try the icon bounces in the dock for a long time then stops bouncing but has no arrow, the menu bar shows the XCode label but no other menu items. If I click it the arrow appears. The Dock menu doesn't work fully, Quit wont but option-clinking and selecting Force Quit does.

I can option-click and select option project, I get a dialog but once I clock open nothing else happens.

I've dragged /Developer to the trash and emptied it, removed my xcode preference file from ~/Library/Preferences, downloaded and re- installed XCode 2.1, repaired permissions but the same thing happens. Nothing appears in the console log.

Does anyone have any ideas on what else I can try.

Regards, Rob.
