It works perfectly. Whatz wrong with it?
You obviously have a very different idea of perfection! It's rubbish
compared to what we were (and whenever possible still am in my case)
using before we "upgraded" to latest technology in the form of XCode
and to MacOS X in general. Since then it feels like time is moving
backwards. In the CodeWarrior and before days, if we had to do such a
thing in the first place, then we would drag and drop the file onto a
nice intuitive GUI application, rather than typing silly hieroglyphs
into a terminal window (which is emulating an RS-232 VDU) and groping
around in Man Pages.
A nice, but minor thing would be if Xcode would do the typing for
you if you open the Info Box for the lib. Some guy would
immediately cry because this slows opening of the Info Box, others
would cry because the listing isn't updated immediately after you
type a few characters in your source.
Why do I get the feeling that we are moving backwards?????!!!!!
Because you consider things to be better just because they are newer?
Well, in terms of age this is newer having been built in 2005, but
it's FAR from better! It's like we evolved from CLI 's into GUI's
then moved back again when XCode came along!
Stupidity running riot! To be honest I would think the whole thing
hugely funny if it wasn't so terribly sad, maybe it's just a huge
practical joke!
Such is life!
Take Care and All the Best
