Parsing nibtool output stream for error/warning detection

  • Subject: Parsing nibtool output stream for error/warning detection

Hi,

I am using nibtool in my software to incrementally translate nib files. The problem I am facing is that sometime nibtool returns warning that are not really useful to display to the user - while errors should be obviously displayed to the user.

The question is: how do I know when there is a warning or an error ? I can parse the output given by nibtool, but there is no documentation about which pattern is used to indicate the error or warning code.

Any suggestion on how to approach this problem ?

Jean Bovet
