Globally disable "Auto-Attach"

Is there anyway to globally disable this feature? I find the long delay while Xcode attaches to be more of an inconvenience than simply noticing that the app has crashed and relaunching it in the debugger.

I am glad to be able to disable this on a per-executable basis, but I'd prefer to just turn it off forever :)
