Because iostream does not exist for the 10.2 SDK.

It seems to on my machine in <10.2.8 SDK>/usr/include/gcc/darwin/3.3/c++/iostream


<iostream> has been the standard for a long time. It would seem very strange if your program isn't building with that. What compiler error are you getting?
