Exceptions in a plugin

  • Subject: Exceptions in a plugin
  • From: Hitesh Hitesh <email@hidden>

I have a plugin that I compiled with xcode 2.2 and gcc
3.3. When I throw an exception and catch it from
within the plugin, I get weird memory corruption
problems. I have run the code on 10.3.5 and 10.4.3
with the same results. Compiling with xcode 1.5 and
gcc 3.3 and throwing the same exception works fine.
The project settings appear to the be the same, but
something odd is going on. Anyone ever encountered
this issue?

I have tried this with different types of plugins and
get the same result.

Thanks,
-hitesh
