Not sure if it's related, never touched it, but it looks like it's
being very actively developed.
Yeah...Microsoft's Rotor is hardly a "version of .NET" -- it's a
cut-down version that's basically the CLR and not much more, and I'm
not sure it runs on Tiger. You can't really do interesting application
development with it. (And that's not me talking from an Apple
perspective -- I worked on Rotor.)
If you want to develop .NET applications across multiple platforms,
Mono's your best choice.
