They're called "Debug" and "Release" per default now, replacing "Development" and "Deployment" respectively. If you're upgrading an old project, they keep their names, but new projects gets the new names.


I should perhaps also add that they're just names for two sets of build configurations. They can be called anything, and there's nothing magical about them - they're just pre-populated with default values for debug and release builds.
