Yes I downloaded the sources from the tarball and it was all
self-contained, except for the Berkeley DB which I didn't want to use
because of anecdotal advice from this list and others. It all built
nicely except for the DAV server support which I suppose was due to a
different Apache being on my system that what it expected.
