I have a project with several targets already, and I've added a new target. I want to select some large set of source file in the project already and check the box that adds them to the new target. Is there any way to do this quickly? (ie not clicking every single check-box next to the file names.)

You can select all the source files and drag them into the Sources build phase of the target in the Groups and Files tree.
