I thought I'd seen the answer, but can't find it in my archives...

Although Enable Data Formatters is turned on, I'm not getting any formatting in my C++ Carbon app, with Xcode 1.5. A CFStringRef shows as Xcode_CFStringSummary (greyed out), and OSErr likewise shows a grey function call in the Summary column.

I recently moved everything to a new G5, but all my other preferences seem intact. --
