it sounds like your existing project has a target that has not been upgraded to native. I don't know if there is any way to take a new native target and move it back to the old style. Is there a reason you don't want to upgrade the older target to the new native format?

I've been working on a Carbon app for quite some time. It originally was imported into XCode from a Project Builder project. When I select "Project/Edit Active Target 'App'" I get a project settings window that on the left side has:

Summary
Settings
Info.plist Entries
Build Phases

with lots of sections within those choices. The actual settings are made in a panel on the right side of the screen.

I've just created a new Carbon app using "File/New Project". I then selected "Carbon Application" for my type of project. For this project when I select "Project/Edit Active Target 'App2'" I get a project settings window that looks absolutely nothing like the first. It has 5 tabs across the top: General, Build, Rules, Properties, Comments. All settings are made below in a table type format.

How do I make this second project come up with a project settings window similar to what I usually get. It took me a while to figure out how to use the project settings window for the first format and I'm totally lost on how to find the same settings on the new project.

Thanks,
Mike

There's an old proverb that says just about whatever you want it to.
