A quick otool -L shows that you'll at least need
DevToolsRemoteClient.framework, DevToolsCore.framework and
DevToolsSupport.framework from /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks as
well.

Why does your translator need to open NIBs? Give him .strings files
courtesy of nibtool (see its manpage for more information).
