"Watchpoints"?

How do I set up a debugger break when a variable changes value? That feature was called "watch points" in the Metrowerks debugger. It was quite handy. I know that you can set watchpoints directly from GDB, but I'm unclear how to set them in XCode (1.5).

If I have to use GDB, how do I figure out the address of a Cocoa object's variables? I see the address of the object, followed by the address of "isa", followed by my variables (no address shown)…

Thanks!

mark
