The '?' is a function of that site being a Wiki - it indicates that that
word (PBXCustomTemplateMacroDefinitions) can have a page associated with it,
that you can edit if you click the '?'

(Whether this is a smart way to present this sort of link, given that it
made it impossible to cut/paste the text verbatim into a console window, is
up to you)

Leaving it out, the rest of the syntax is correct, I believe, but I can't
say I've ever tried it.  I used the Plist Editor.
