Try Xcode's documentation window (Help -> Documention). Make sure the search mode is set to Full-text Search (use the menu in the search field) and the search group is set to Library in the Groups column, to give you the widest search. Search for 'gcc', 'gcc warnings', or the particular warning. You should see lots of hits in the GCC doc.

After compiling, usually there are errors.

Sometimes though, I can not figure out what the errors are. (based on the brief GCC output)

I am sure that all GCC generated errors and the exact cause are contained in some manual somewhere.

I would like to know what this manual is.

Anyone know?
