I opened one yesterday and they closed it as a dupe. David Ewing of apple posted to the list yesterday thats it's fixed for Tiger. So your bug report probably won't be that productive.

However, if you'd like to open one up for my "Problem debugging GNU Make
projects" post yesterday, that'd be great :)
