Yes... The DVI video... very nasty surprise. We now have 4
transition systems sitting there waiting for monitors. Maybe the one
year agreement should start when the box finally gets into a usable
state, booted, and working.
Wish it could be used in the distributed build mesh also, but such is
life.
The transition system is an excellent concept...

Ours arrived in the same condition. The CPU heat sink had popped
off and was flopping around in the box. One of our PC guys replaced
the messed up thermal pad and popped the heat sink back on for us.
Then we were doubly unamused when we figured out it needed a DVI
display and we didn't have one... :-(
