I don't know how to turn it off but for my app I just control clicked on the filename and did a rename and that fixed the problem.  I had about 100 files with that problem but it didn't take all that long to clean it up.

Is there any way to turn off the following warning?  I couldn't find a way.

It would be nice if the files were checked in with the same case that they're referred to in the code, but they're not.  Oh well.
