Thanks for the suggestion.

However CVS doesn't support rename, so I would have to actually delete all the files with the wrong case and re-commit them with the correct case.

I would then lose the commit history on these files which is really not an option.

It would be nice if the files were checked in with the same case that they're referred to in the code, but they're not. Oh well.
