I'm seeing odd behavior from XC 2.1 under certain circumstances and
thought I'd see if anyone
else is seeing these things or has workarounds before I trot off to
radar land...
1) Every time I tunnel down in the debugger to see elements of the
MyClassObject, my console gets a message:
warning: RTTI symbol not found for class 'myscope:: MyClassObject'
the target has RTTI turned on. Any idea what this message means?
2) Do I really need to write a DataFormatter for a 'bool'? The
debugger reports "incomplete type" for each
bool variable I come across.
3) My project has a sub-project. "Always save" is selected as a
preference for what to do with unsaved files
when building.
If I change a file in the sub-project, and then go to the main
project window and build, the project sees
that the sub-project file has changed, saves the file,
recompiles the sub-project and then the main project,
and everything's fine.
If I change a file in the sub-project and then go to the
"detailed build results" window of the main project
and build, XC compiles the sub-project *without* saving the
changed file.
Suggestions or confirmations appreciated.
david
