Constant errors after Tiger/Xcode 2 upgrade

  • Subject: Constant errors after Tiger/Xcode 2 upgrade

Hi,

After upgrading to Tiger and the new dev tools, I'm pretty much unable to work on a project. I get constant internal error messages, which always appear whenever I bring another application to the front.

The error reads:

File: /SourceCache/DevToolsBase/DevToolsBase-515/pbxcore/ PBXContainerItemProxy.m
Line: 194
Object: <PBXContainerItemProxy:0x013751d0>
Method: remoteContainerItem

remoteItem should be an instance inheriting from PBXContainerItem, but it is <NSPathStore2:0x01374760>

It's also unable to start the build process, saying:

Failed to start the build.
Reason: "*** -[NSPathStore2 project]: selector not recognized [self = 0x1374760]".

The project was started with Project Builder and uses what are now listed as legacy targets. I never had any problems with the first version of Xcode.

Is there a problem with my project file? Any options other than starting a new project and constructing it from scratch?

Thanks,

Scott
