Scott, the Open As... menu behaves inconsistently, depending on whether the
sdef file in question is the primary sdef file listed under the Info.plist
file's OSAScriptingDefinition key. If it is the primary sdef file, the Open
As Plain Text option is the only one provided as a menu item, and
double-clicking it opens it as a plain text file; if it is not the primary
sdef file, both the Open As Plain Text and Open As AppleScript Dictionary
options are provided as menu items, and double-clicking it opens it in the
AppleScript dictionary viewer.
