xcodebuild from terminal

Has anyone had any issues with building an xcode aggregate project from the terminal.

 

This is the error I keep getting.  Each of my xcode projects will build on their own but our aggreagate project always gives us this error when built using xcodebuild.  Running it from the XCode GUI works just fine.
