That's a pretty silly comment IMO? It might make this particular action less easy to perform, but it doesn't actually prevent it. You can still copy a target between projects, you just have to do it manually, setting for setting.


Personally, given all other things that could be improved in Xcode, and given that this is something that you would do very rarely, I hope that this particular feature is far down on their to-do-list...
