I notice I have a Hardware system preference pane on my 10.3.7 Powerbook (icon is a CPU). Is it part of the CHUD tools installation? IT shows clock speed, POWERPC CUP INFO AND has a popup menu for L2 Cache which is always "None" even if I change to 512KB which worries me that my cache is turned off by this system preference utility. I cannot seem to find any documentation on it. What is it for?
It is part of the CHUD installation, it's for selecting how many CPUs (and which CPUs) to use and how much cache they should get.

Simple as that
