You *should have* been able to learn this by looking through the menus in
the menu bar, finding the command, then looking at the keyboard shortcut.
But it seems, AFAICS, there is no such command in the menus.
This is an old concept (but oft-forgotten these days) mentioned in the
original HIG:
"People can look at menus without having to complete any action.
Sometimes people scan menus to find out what features are available.
[...] Pull-down menus allow people to browse through the features in an
application."
