Did you have a look at the Text Key Bindíngs Preferences? There are literally hundreds of possible key bindings. It's not really feasibly to have a menu entry for each single one.


That said, it might still be a good idea to add _this one_ to the main menu. (Though I'm not sure where it should go. Edit? Format? Find?) File an enhancement request.
