Codewarrior has completion-related items in the edit menu... I'd file a bug, but, frankly, I've given up filing minor things like this, in my experience, they are never fixed. Maybe I'm too pessimistic. :(
For the record, Next Completion, Completion List, and Select Next Placeholder are in the Edit menu in Xcode 2.0.
