Find in Target...?

  • Subject: Find in Target...?

I know xcode has a "find in project" command. The problem is, I have many different targets in a project which share most of the code, but implement certain bits for themselves. Each target can and does stand alone. This, if I want to find the places where a common function is called, I want to find it only in the current target, to make my results fewer and my find faster.

1. Is there a way to "find in target"? I know I can select files... can I select groups to search? But even that is tedious.

2. Should I file a feature request, or is the point moot? :-D

Markian
