Converting old Project Builder projects?

I haven't been programming on a Mac in a while but I have some old Project Builder projects that I'd like to be able to build with Xcode (v1.1). They are quite old and I believe date to either the Rhapsody developer releases or the first release of Mac OS X server.

I tried opening the PB.project file with Xcode but it just opens it as a text file:

   {
      APPCLASS = NSApplication;
      ...
   }

Importing didn't work much better since a lot of the .nib information seems to not be recognized and all of the IB Connections seem to have been lost and it doesn't seem to like the .strings files either.

Does anyone know if there is a way to convert these old PB.projects? A utility from Apple or a third-party perhaps?
