How can you NOT do this? It was my understanding that XCode 2 was part of the tiger install.

No Xcode isn't installed by default when you install Tiger. You have to locate and double click the developer tools installer which also lives on the DVD.


Can you keep using 1.5?

No Xcode 1.5 doesn't work on Tiger.
