InterfaceBuilder and 10.3.9

Stupid question:

Is there a more recent build of Interface Builder available for Mac OS X 10.3.9 than the one available with Xcode 1.5?

Because I'm seeing a bunch of bugs which are making use IB a bit tough.

- The NSTextView Inspector has a spelling mistakes on fons (should be fonts)

- The NSTextView Inspector is checking back the Continuous Spell Checking option when you resize the NSTextView

- Double-clicking a View in the .nib window hides can hide other windows of IB

- clicking on a view in a window can hide IB (rarely)

I'm sure this has been fixed in 10.4 but is there a solution for 10.3.9?
