No, not really. They monitor <http://bugreport.apple.com> for bugs to
fix. The Apple mailing lists are not an official support forum.
Almost any pre-release software you get from ADC comes with a readme
indicating what Apple internal addresses to send feedback to and
where to file bugs.
also, since the subject is this fictitious xcode 2.2, (it must have
been a typo), why don't you scroll back through all the other
folks that have xcode 2.2 in their subject line and chastize them
as well?
That other people made the same mistake as you doesn't change the
fact that you're not supposed to discuss pre-release software
publicly...
