XCode Applescript debugger not stepping into secondary files

Using XCode 1.5, and an AppleScript code.

Being new to XCode, I am not sure how best to organize the AppleScript files for the application. Currently, I have a main file, that loads up different files as libraries. The problem with this approach, as I have just discovered, is that the XCode debugger seems to not want to step in lines of code if the code is in another file (the library files). And I have no idea how to get around this.
