AppleGlot vs. IB

After upgrading our dev tools to the ones that contain XCode 2.2, AppleGlot is now complaining that it has found nib files but that the version of nibtool available does not match what it was expecting. It asks us to check our preferences.

I don't see anything in the preferences about which version of nibtool that AppleGlot expects. Can anyone shed some light on this error?
