Breakpoints in 2.1

I have a project in Xcode 2.1 that I have line numbering turned on in left hand column ‘gutter’.

The problem I am having that when I mouse click in the gutter, to set a break point, no visual indicator presents itself. This worked fine in Xcode 1.5. The same to turn the breakpoint off. I only get the graphical breakpoint indicator if I close the file, that I setting/unsetting the breakpoints on and reopen it.

Has anyone else seen this problem? Is there something I am not doing/missing to make the breakpoints visible in real time?

Thanks

Carl
