I have a very simple Carbon.r file like this:

data 'plst' (0) {
   $"00"  /* . */
};

There should be no need for a 'plst' resource*. Just remove it (and let Xcode generate your .plist file).

* Maybe there is if you're generating CFM apps, but Xcode can't do that anyway.
