Yes, this should work.
Can you send me the project involved? Or write up a bug, it's up to
you.
If you don't to include your entire project, try to make a sample
project with enough of the same characteristics to trigger the
problem, if possible.
I'm afraid I can't send the project involved. I actually did get it
working a couple of times now, but I'm not sure why it's working
sometimes and not others. Part of the problem seems to be that the
breakpoints are set in a dynamic library that is not part of the
application's project.
Sometimes it works if I add a few visual breakpoints to the code in
the application that gets called before the dylib code. Another
thing that worked once is that I switched to the dylib project,
clicked on the file where the breakpoints are and selected "Class
Model->Quick Model" from the Design menu before I started debugging.
Sometimes though the visual breakpoints don't continue after the
debugger has paused (this usually happens in the application code,
not the dylib code) and I have to press the continue button manually.
If I set visual breakpoints in just the application code then it
seems to work without problems.
I'll try to narrow it down some more, but hopefully this information
will be helpful.
