API search no longer works after an update?

The Xcode help API search no longer works.

I downloaded an update from Apple and installed it. The install completed.

Xcode then said to me "Refreshing the data" or something like that. Then Xcode crashed before doing anything else.

Now when I search for keywords, I get 0 results no matter what I search for.

Is this because Xcode crashed during some kind of reload? How do I fix this??
