Gah!  Yeah, but only if you include the "any other platform" qualifier.
Xcode is terrible compared to CW on the Mac in both basic text editing and
compiler speed.  I can't tell you how many times I've hit the build button,
then waited for feedback [you know, like the build window appearing], then
hit it again because it's been a couple of seconds, after which the build
window appears, and then the build is cancelled.  Opening and saving a 100K
text file, painfully slow.

Stupid UI things like having a read-only text file, type, get a "can't write
to file, may have to save it else where" dialog [this is fine], make changes
to file, hit build.  Now, you get a dialog saying the file can't be saved.
You have to close the dialog, switch to the text file window, hit cmd-s
[which successfully saves the file], then build again.

It's been getting better, particularly 2.1, but it still ain't close to
'ruling', IMHO...
