No, there is nothing like that.
There are no friend declarations and all are classes (no "struct").
As Andreas suggested in a previous message, I should avoid multiple
circular headers inclusions. But, this is not my code and it is quite
messy to restructure it. It works perfectly well with gcc 3.3 but
not with 4.0.
