Why shouldn't it? You don't suppose Apple would discontinue support for PowerPC systems that quickly, do you? ;)

I would like to make some suggestions to XCode people, anyone knows what is their e-mail address ?

The best way is to use http://bugreport.apple.com with your ADC account. Filing bug reports/enhancement requests is certainly the way to go.
