Hi,

Where does xCode usually create "temporary" files like those?

hi-

/Library/Caches/com.apple.Xcode.5xx

maybe?
Nope, didn't contain any files for the project I compiled :-(

Could some other files occupy all the space?
e.g. files for virtual memory, or other system files, which weren't
properly deleted due to the system restart?

- Falko
