popup of included files sometimes not working

In some of my C++ source files, the popup menu of included files shows only the counterpart (e.g., MainWindow.cpp shows MainWindow.h) even though many other files are included. Is there some trick I'm missing, or is this a bug in Xcode 2.4.1? -- James W.
