In some of my C++ source files, the popup menu of included files shows only the counterpart (e.g., MainWindow.cpp shows MainWindow.h) even though many other files are included. Is there some trick I'm missing, or is this a bug in Xcode 2.4.1?

It's hard to know what's going on without more details. The include popup depends on the index, so if your file (or files) don't parse, it will be confused. If that doesn't sound like what's going on, it's best to file a bug.
